Terms of Service for PERP GO

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If the laws and regulations in your jurisdiction prohibit or restrict the use of cryptocurrency trading, perpetual futures, or similar financial services, you must not use PERP GO. By using this App, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not make exceptions. Use of a virtual private network (VPN) or other tools to bypass legal restrictions is strictly prohibited.
Welcome to PERP GO, a mobile application made available by Strike Co. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). PERP GO provides access to perpetual futures trading on decentralized protocols. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PERP GO application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using PERP GO, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You may only use the App if:
You are of legal age in your jurisdiction;
You are not on any government sanctions list;
The use of cryptocurrency trading and perpetual futures is legal in your jurisdiction;
You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
You do not use VPNs or other tools to circumvent legal restrictions.
2. Services
PERP GO provides:
Access to perpetual futures trading on decentralized protocols;
Two authentication methods: email login (via Privy) or external wallet connection (via WalletConnect);
Trading features including position management, deposits, withdrawals, and trading agents;
Integration with Arbitrum network and Hyperliquid protocol.
3. Account Creation and Authentication
Accounts may be created via:
Email login with embedded wallet (powered by Privy);
External wallet connection using WalletConnect protocol.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and wallet. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials or private keys.
4. Trading Risks
Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:
Perpetual futures trading is highly speculative and carries significant financial risk;
You may lose your entire investment;
Leverage amplifies both gains and losses;
Market volatility can result in liquidation of your positions;
We do not provide investment advice or recommendations.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Violate these Terms;
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive practices;
Circumvent geo-restrictions using a VPN or similar tools;
Use PERP GO to facilitate or conceal criminal activities;
Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts.
6. No Custodial Control
PERP GO provides an interface to decentralized trading protocols. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys. You retain full responsibility for your assets and trading decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
PERP GO is provided "AS IS." We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, accuracy of data, or trading outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for services (which is likely $0).
We are not responsible for:
Trading losses;
Smart contract vulnerabilities;
Network congestion or failures;
Third-party service outages (including Privy, WalletConnect, Hyperliquid);
Loss of private keys or access credentials.
8. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first be addressed via our Discord support channel. If unresolved after 60 days, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration. Class action and jury trial waivers apply.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
10. Third-Party Services
PERP GO integrates with third-party services including:
Privy (authentication and embedded wallets);
WalletConnect/Reown (external wallet connections);
Hyperliquid (trading protocol);
Sentry (error tracking);
Segment and Amplitude (analytics).
Your use of these services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting within the app. Continued use of PERP GO after changes constitutes your acceptance.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PERP GO.
